Our programs for Weekend Warriors (Adults), be it in small groups or for Personal Training clients, are designed to get you back in the shape you once were!  We cater to what your needs are and design programs that are based on:

We use a variety of training modes to ensure that you are both physically challenged and mentally motivated.  Your program will consist of the following:

a) Pre-evaluation
b) Dynamic Flexibilty
c) Prehab Exercises (reduce injury risk)
d) Weight Training & Cardio Exercises
e) Static Flexibility

For Personal Training clients you will work one-on-one with either Mark Nemish or David Mikel, the two principle strength & conditioning coaches at Dynamic Sports Performance.
